Description: | This Flash game allows students to "recreate" the RGFE by shooting particles at an unknown shape underneath a question mark to guess the shape. The game starts with multiple choice--five possible shapes for the unknown. Students can control the position of the cannon and the angle of the barrel. |

Seventh GradeCreated January 11, 2011 at 22:21 by Gerad BandosI used this in a seventh grade. During a silent work period, students were brought four-at-a-time to the computer stations. I demonstrated and showed a digital representation of RGFE so students would see the connection to content. Students worked each one at his own computer through a worksheet with drawing space for three of the shapes students encountered. The students took about five minutes each to complete the activity. |
